Choice between 
- displaying the URL only as a plain text, and not as a clickable URL
- displaying the URL as a clickable URL 
should be configuration.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a New attachment for a bug, using the field "AttachURL"
2.Return to the bug, click on the "Attachment" of the type URL
3.Try to find an item in Configuration 


Actual Results:  
You can not configure the display of an URL: You get a plain text, showing the url (but not clickable).


Expected Results:  
1. Being able to configure the display of an URL, showing itself as a clickable URL.
2.  If possible, the configuration should also let you choose to refer the user directly to the URL itself (without showing it in a seperate page), when clicking on the Attachment in the bug-report.  In this case, it would be nice to show the URL also in the status-bar of the browser.
