Details

We currently only have 76 entries in regionNames.properties (in two locations in the tree, xpfe/global/resources/locale/en-US/regionNames.properties and toolkit/locales/en-US/chrome/global/regionNames.properties) out of 243 in ISO-3166. I don't think it is unreasonable bloat just to include the whole of ISO-3166.
