If you are using your "Personal Address" book to collect addresses and an address that is being collected is the same as an existing address, except for capitalization, then it is added to the address book. This creates unnecessary duplicates in the address book. There should either be an option to prevent this or a very easy method of identifying all of the duplicate eMail addresses.
