tracking bug to make sure we get things on the list below working correctly for
each locale:

Deafult Search partner list/order.
primary/secondary search selection behavior
Search codes.
Search Suggests enable/disable for locales where available or not

v1 of a test plan.


in running the test things seem to be looking ok.  We need to verify ToS for the en-GB build to be directing trafic to Chambers.  Has anyone done that, or have contact, or approval info?

search suggests seems to work for both google and yahoo, which I don't seem to be consistent results for on other locales....

From a BD point of view, we're OK here, leaving this bug open for now as we may get a new URL for searching Chambers, which we would like to take for 2.0.
