I would think that Punjabi just like Gujarati should use the Indian sites for Yahoo and eBay, see bug 348124, too.

Checked in a fix to list.txt, eBay vs ebay, let's see if we get pa-IN green.
Carrying over the approval for 3 plugins in India from the Gujarati bug 348124. Marking FIXED, please test all plugins on a nightly build and a fresh profile and VERIFY that they work as expected.
