In the composer/editor, when the horizontal rule button is used to add an <hr> in a text area to the left of a right-justified image, the resulting horizonal line is shown lying across the image as well of the text. When the edited file is sayed, the browser, however, renders it correctly. The problem is just in the editor.

using the build from 5/1, this is still a problem. The < hr > still overlays the image. I believe this will be resolved when 18754 is resolved. I'm assigning this to buster for that reason. Steve, this may be a dup of that one, but I'll let you decide that one.
