This is the same bug as 34667, but this happens on Win32.

1. Launch Netscape
2. Open Composer
3. Turn on IME
4. Type some Japanese characters several lines
Netscape will hang before you hit space to commit the characters.

Bug 34667, on linux, Netscape will hang after several characters, but
on Windows, it will hang after several lines(around 10 -12 lines).

You need to kill the process.
Typing English only does not cause Netscape hangs.
   
Tested 2000040609 Win32 build.  This did not happen in beta1 build.
reassign to mjudget. I think this is the same problem as the Korean one.

this is fixed. there are still problems with ime but not with hanging anymore
