349180 - Wrong Accesskeys on non-en-US dialogs

Description

[Behnam Esfahbod [:zwnj]]

In print dialog there's no accesskey for "Print" and "Cancel" buttons.  There's no translatable string for that too.  But I get default accept and reject accesskeys in fa-IR locale.  Screenshots will be attached.

Both "Print" and "Cancel" buttons have accesskeys, with default values of accept and reject actions of dialogs.
