In the summary of a RSS feed I have:

<updated>2006-08-22T19:51:14+00:00</updated>
<summary>[Id] 1501&lt;br&gt;
[Created] 7:51 pm&lt;br&gt;
[Server] tomnb&lt;br&gt;
</summary>

In the preview for the news feed, the summary is displayed as:
[Id] 1501<br> [Created] 7:51 pm<br> [Server] tomnb<br>

instead of:
[Id] 1501<br>
[Created] 7:51 pm<br>
[Server] tomnb<br>

or instead of:
[Id] 1501
[Created] 7:51 pm
[Server] tomnb


I tried: <br>, \n and \r\n, none of them is working.

The summary tag needs a type="html" attribute. That'll stop Firefox showing the literal <br> tags, but I'm not sure whether the feed preview will allow line breaks.

Correct.

Beta 2 will allow them, beta 1 does not.

Thanks, using <summary type="html"> makes tags like <br>, <code>, etc. working.
