Details

When there are a lot of attachments and/or the comment log is long (as in bug 57350), it would be extremely helpful for reviewers to see who submitted a bug. This is even more true when looking at attachment.cgi (Edit). If nothing else, it would give us a quick reference to know who to talk to about a particular attachment without having to read through tremendously long logs. This should be easy enough to implement that I think it's fair to make it block 3.0.
