When typing in Hebrew or Arabic in Netscape 6 PR1, characters within the word are properly input as right-to-left, but the words themselves are input left-to-right. The word "Ivrit" ????? can be entered correctly, but, for instance, "Shalom Aliechem" ???? ????? comes out as Aliechem Shalom. The same applies to Arabic: ???????, but ????? ???.
know problem. Bidi is not enable yet. Reassign to mkaply@us.ibm.com
Assignee: ftang → mkaply
This also applies to viewing RTL web pages. It appears that bidi has been enabled on a character/word level, but not on a paragraph level.
