Space between toolbar buttons when using large icons and text is too wide.

Is this a dup of bug 350736 ?

I don't think this is a dup of bug 350736.  That bug is about spacing between toolbar buttons, but not specifically when showing text labels.

Under text with small icons there is about one icon space in between buttons, but only 1 or 2 capital letter spaces between the text labels.  With text and large icons the text is smaller in comparison to the buttons and the icons could be closer together but are still about one icon space apart.  There is no need for an entire icon width between buttons if the labels do not come near each other.

Restoring bevels to buttons has fixed this bug.
