350811 - No context/right click menu in items of "Go" or "History" menus

This seems to be a problem across all Firefox versions as long I can remember.  When right clicking on items under the Go menu (pre Bon Echo, Minefield) or History menu (Bon Echo, Minefield), no context menu appears.  In the History sidebar however, there is a context menu for History items.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Surf around for some history.
2. Go to the Go menu (pre Bon Echo, Minefield) or History menu (Bon Echo, Minefield).  Right click an item.  There is no context menu!
3. Open the History sidebar.  Right click on a history item.  There is a context menu.

Actual Results:  
No context menu available on items in Go or History menus.

Expected Results:  
Context menu available on items in Go or History menus.
