Option in FFB2 
now is grouped to Main,Tabs,Content,Feeds,Privacy,Security,Advanced 
but manual (en) shows General (->Main),Privacy,Content,Tabs,Downloads,Advanced

Option Advanced is 
now grouped to General,Network,Update, Encryption
but manual (en) shows General,Update,Security,Anti-Phishing

Security - ".. suspected forgery"
Explanation needed, where the origin of "downloaded list" is, and when it gets downloaded.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run FF2B2, tools-options, help

Actual Results:  
help doesn't fit to dialog

Expected Results:  
same grouping in options dialog and help
