Details
Thunderbird users currently get notified when the application believes an email message might be a scam. These heuristics are more often right than wrong, and we should allow users to protect themselves and other Firefox users from these scams by reporting the malicious links to Google's Safe Browsing service (for use with the Google Toolbar and Firefox 2's Anti-Phishing service).
Adding links (using existing prefs and strings from /toolkit, even!) to the help menu for "Report Web Forgery ..." (or as a button on the scam email itself?) which bring the user to the existing web page for reporting the URLs seems like an easy way to get better anti-phishing data for everyone.
