nn-NO firefox uses BBC live bookmark. We want it to share same live bookmark as nb-NO. Adding dependency.

nn-NO status:
* Live bookmark redirect is NOT up yet. See dependent bug.
* Translation looks good (but I'm not actually a nn-NO "native")
* nn-NO got some (narrow) press coverage from the betas. Nothing negative! Phew :)
* Atleast one minor l10n text typo, but nothing important enough to follow through on. Many unoptimal access keys. A few minor issues with terminology not used consistently.
* Help is not fully nn-NO translated, but borrows from nb-NO. Furthermore, prefs (++) in help is not 2.0-ish. I personally don't believe this to be a problem, since nn-NO is a narrow locale.
* First-time Start page translations may or may not be finished. Status unknown.

No showstoppers known, but very little organized testing is done yet.

On behalf of module owner Ronny Vårdal, who unfortunately is not available at this time:

15 litmus l10n tests done, all green.

nn-NO is ready.

A big thank-you goes to all volunteers who participated in the translation- and quality assurance efforts, especially to Vebjørn Sture for efforts in the last phases of the project.
