The visual refresh, take two, Pinstripe rollup image for the toolbar is missing some pixels on the left side of the Home icon in the second row, the hover state, so when you hover the icon it looks like the gutter fell off (or possibly got sucked up under the shingles).

Too busy amusing myself: the component and URL both mention help, but comment 0 should have said that it's the Help window's Home icon.
Blocks: 352200
This would be a bad glitch to ship with on the main toolbar; I'm not so sure the Help window is so important.  Nominating for driver consideration.
