This is a tracking bug for the updating of Firefox central pages hosted under the mozilla-world.org domain.

Mozilla Europe hosts the set of Firefox central pages under the mozilla-world.org domain for most of the languages with a Firefox localization but these pages have remained unmaintained for a very long time, they often describe Firefox 1 features instead of 1.5 and have 404 links. Bad.

We are not going to wait for the new content for Firefox 2 central pages since we would continue to expose 404 pages to the millions of new users installing firefox today.

Here is the archive that contains the set of pages to be translated.

If you wish to adapt the content of a specific page (changing RSS link examples for RSS links in your language, changing search plugins examples for others in your language, adding a link to the contributors portal... Ask about it in your bug or email me ([e-mail]).

Of course, these adaptations to your local context can be added at a later time.

I think there is a misspelled word on live-bookmarks\index.html:

"For example *may* news sites provide an RSS feed of their headlines..."

I think it was intended to be many instead of may.

It is indeed a typo, just don't replicate it on your own translation ;)

I will post a fixed archive soon and fix the typo on own public page.

I think there is another problem.
on start\get-involved.html there is "For companies and administrations" twice.
one for mozilla-europe and the second for mozilla.com
In my opinion, one headline should be enough and you can mention mozilla.com and mozilla-europe under one headline.

I forgot to precise that you need to edit these pages with a UTF8 text editor and not a Wysiwyg editor because there are comments in the source code indicating what is to translate if you are working on a European language or a non European language.
