It´s not possible to configure where my deleted Mails should go. I want them
stored on my local folders account too, but I cannot find an option to configure
this.

Sounds like a dupe to me too. Deleted mail goes to the Trash, so configuring
where Trash points to is equivalent to configuring where deleted mail goes.
Verified dupe.

but where is that option?
the adequate place is "account settings / special folders" where it is not...

Bug 26064 is asking for the option to specify which folder is your Trash folder.
That bug is open because the option doesn't exist yet. That's why you can't find
it.
Re-resolving as duplicate.
