I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a new feature of the RSS feeder, but when the feed updates, the same wave file I have associated to the arrival of new mail plays for the RSS feed updates as well.  It is annoying.  If the feature is legit, then at least provide a way to disable it without adversely affecting the new mail arrival feature.  



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. RSS Feed
2. New update
3. Plays new mail arrival wave if set

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
self explanatory see above 

Provide the option to disable the new mail arrival wave from playing when RSS feeder updates.
