There are parts of a pt-PT localization for mozilla/calendar in the tree. Therefore it should be added to the all-locales file, so that localized builds can be made, once the localization is finished.

At the moment it's not possible to checkout the pt-PT localization or build a language pack due to missing files:

| cvs server: cannot find module `l10n/pt-PT/other-licenses/branding/sunbird'
| cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules

Therefore this should be fixed, once Joao, the pt-PT owner, has fixed this issue.

It also looks as if there are no calendar files in pt-PT on MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH.

This needs to get fixed immediately if we're going to ship pt-PT with Lighting 0.3.

The pt-PT localization unfortunately won't be ready in time for the 0.3 release.

João, what is the status of pt-PT? 
Will pt-PT localization be available for 0.5 release from MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH?
In that case I vote for adding it to all-locales and enable Sunbird on pt-PT l10n tinderboxes.

can you please respond. I don't see any work regarding calendar-specific files on the branch. Are you going to commit a branch localization for Sunbird and Lightning? Or have you abandoned the localization of the different Calendar products? If the latter is the case, we can close this bug.

I hope pt-PT will be ready in time for 0.5. Things have been quite chaotic around here and I've been having a few problems with CVS recently but I'll try to commit the files as soon as possible.

It looks like there is no progress in pt-PT, e.g. l10n/pt-PT/other-licenses/branding/sunbird doesn't exist at all. 

So it looks like this needs to be shifted to the next release because 0.5 is almost out of the door.

João, I know that you won't make it for 0.5, but can you give us any information on your current status? Or have you abandoned the European Portuguese translation of Sunbird and Lightning?

João, since I haven't heard from you within the last two months and no progress on this issue is visible in bonsai-l10n I'm marking this bug as INCOMPLETE for now. 

Please reopen, once you or someone from your team decides to move on this issue.

I apologise for my extended unresponsiveness in this matter; I believe Carlos Simão has taken over the responsibility for the pt-PT localization of Sunbird/Lightning.
