Help TOC needs corrections for pt-PT. There are also different names for entries in the TOC and in the help files.

has an nc:platform outside the tag. Reopening, I'll check in a bustage fix in a minute. Thanks to marcoos and gandalf for digging this up.
This cause the TOC to not shop up on initial launch of the help viewer.

[pt-PT] approval for fixing an xml markup error that keeps the help viewer from showing the table of contents. One line fix, plus some line endings which are better to land than to not make the freeze.
diff -uw for proof attached to the bug.

Landed the fix just before the freeze. Closing this bug again, but we should definitly verify this.
