Help is non-working.
firebird-toc.rdf has entities that it can't access. There are five links wrong to the documents.

Problems fixed in the patch. I unpacked pt-PT.jar from the last nightly and tested it. With this I can see the help files and the help helper extension gives me PASS in the three sections (version 0.6).

Please make sure that the bugs are VERIFIED, and if so, change the fixed1.8.1 keyword to verified1.8.1.
