Details

If the browser window is in the secondary monitor (e.g. the right monitor), tooltips are shown on the right edge of the primary monitor. Same problem occurs with Thunderbird but not with Camino
Updating the summary: also context menus are displayed in the wrong monitor. This is more serious than tooltips but I don't think it could be considered a major bug.
