STR:

1. In a Cocoafox build, accidently click the active tab so that it gets focus, and a focus ring.
2. Click anywhere in the content window, to remove focus from the tab. Note that the focus ring remains, but focus has been removed, so the down-arrow key scrolls the content, rather than changing tabs.
3. Move the mouse cursor over the active tab. Note that the focus ring disappears at last.

Fun as it sounds to grovel around through my stack of old builds to see when this was fixed, I think I'll just call it wfm instead.
