As described in the NNTP RFC, if you read a news which has been crossposted to many newsgroups, then if you read it somewhere it should be hided in all other newsgroups by the News client.
Crossposted news look like that: Newgroup: alt.su.test,alt.ca.test,alt.io.test
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.post a crossposted news to at least 2 newsgroups: alt.su.test,alt.ca.test
2.read the news on one newsgroup (alt.su.test)
3.the same news cross-posted into the second one (alt.ca.test) is NOT hided (remain unread)
Actual Results:
the cross-posted news is NOT hided, remain unread.
Expected Results:
By reading one cross-posted news, ALL same other cross-posted news should be hided in the News client (the cross-posted news should be marked as READ)
it's a very annoying behavior as many news are cross-posted
