User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061003 Firefox/2.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061003 Firefox/2.0 At first I was confused when I tried to pay my bills through suntrust's website. They said Firefox was not supported. Weird, so searching through google I found: http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/t293820-suntrust-bank-has-no-love-for-firefox.html The meat of it is here: "Thank you for contacting SunTrust regarding your browser compatibility inquiry. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, Firefox browsers are not supported with Bill Pay. The only Mozilla-based browser we can dedicate support to is Netscape Navigator. Due to the frequent release schedule of browsers like Firefox, we are unable to commit support for these browsers. For more information regarding supported browsers, you may wish to contact our Internet Banking Department at 800-382-3232. If you have any additional questions or comments, please feel free to contact us. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and look forward to satisfying your financial needs. Sincerely, Stacy T. SunTrust will never send unsolicited emails asking for your personal or account information, such as passwords, Social Security numbers, PINs, credit or Check Card numbers, or other confidential information." Also, from what I understand Canada's largest banking system is able to support Firefox. In addition to all IBSNet credit card systems (which is also very large). I wonder why Suntrust won't really support FF. When you click on Bill Pay from their main page (after you login) it says that FF is not supported, but IE (along with Netscape Navagator) is. They must not like FF, shame on them. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. log on to Suntrust 2. Click on Bill Pay 3. Problem occurs Actual Results: yes, it works. Expected Results: website should have taken me to the bill pay site. none.
