Change to the way sqlite code is incorporated mean we cannot build trunk until BeOS support is added to the sqlite tree.

It’s not more dead today than it was last week, is this just spring cleaning?
All the BeOS bugs should rightly be migrated to Haiku tags.
This was just spring cleaning.  We removed what code we had in the tree for BeOS support several months ago, and I happened to come across one of these tracking bugs in a bugzilla query.
