On occasion I discover I've misadded a word to my custom dictionary via Context Menu/Add to Dictionary. For instance, I added the "word" "shoudl". 

As near as I can tell there's no easy way to remove this or other bad entries. There should be a user interface to do this somewhere, and to manually edit the dictionary.
