Plugins, searchplugins, dictionaries, others? need to be aggregated into a single datasource to display and manage them in a common ui by type... this is going to get messy.

This was about displaying / managing non EM managed add-ons such as searchplugins, dictionaries, etc. in the UI. This was done for plugins awhile back which was greatly improved with the add-ons rewrite but it isn't done for searchplugins and dictionaries otherwise the default dictionary and default search plugins would be listed.
Dave, I'm reopening per the above. I haven't heard people ask for this as of late so it might be wontfix though I think it would be a good thing for the future.

Thanks Rob. Lets add the open dependencies for this bug to be fixed.
