356952 - combobox doesn't resize correctly with text

The attached screenshot was taken at 144 dpi, but the same problem exists at 96 dpi too, only a bit less dramatic.
Note that I only get this effect when pressing Ctrl++ *twice*.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a web page containing a form with a combobox
2. press Ctrl++ twice

Actual Results:  
combobox height is too small.

Expected Results:  
combobox height should always fit the contained text.

Similar to Bug 62384, but since it is already closed, I'm filing a new bug.

Is this a problem with a current trunk build?  I definitely can't reproduce this.... (Linux, current trunk).
