Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7
Build Identifier: version 1.5.0.7 (20060909)
Double clicking an attached e-mail message brings up a standalone message window. The "copy to" command in the message pop-up menu do not have any action, in particular they do not create a new copy of the message in the specified folder.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Forward a message to yourself
2. Select the newly received message, double-click on the attachment to bring up a message window
3. In the message window, bring up the pop-up menu, choose Copy To (and a folder); the message will not be extracted out of the received message, nor will it be copied into the specified folder.
Actual Results:
Thunderbird does not extract the attached message out of the received message.
Expected Results:
I would expect a copy of the attached message to be placed in the specified folder.
No known workaround. Saving the message to disk and opening does not work, either.
