Pref window with a 9px font
In gu-IN Firefox's pref window the Latin accesskeys next to the Gujarati labels disappear.
Steps to reproduce
1) Open gu-IN Firefox pref window with a 9px system font size
2) Open gu-IN Firefox pref window with a 10px system font size (default in Gnome)
Actual results:
1) after (1) - OK
2) after (2) - accesskeys disappeared

Also note, that this bug doesn't occur on Windows.
