Create HTML versions of the details for Thunderbird 2.0 update

see bug #357748 for the sister bug, concerning the need for HTML versions of the EULA
When doing the link in the details (or eula HTML), make sure to specify the
target attribute, so that we don't open the content inside the <xul:browser>
inside the Software Update wizard.

For example: <A HREF="http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird-2-is-the-greatest.html"
target="_blank">Read More!"</A>

Yeah I fixed this in anothre bug. Good catch Reed.
