358503 - JavaScript Pop-up function doesn't work with browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction to 0 and the whole window keeps "flashing"

Everytime when I click on the thumbnail to view the original size of the image, the pop-up always appears and disappears at a glance, causing the whole window to keep flashing. I have to close the window manually to tackle this problem. I'm not sure if the problem is caused by the javascript pop-up function in that page.

2.Click on one of the thumbnails

Show the pop-up window

This would not be JavaScript Engine; something like DOM would be more appropriate, but I'll let someone wiser make the move.
