Details

Some users on Slashdot have complained that when they shut down Windows, Firefox thinks that it was "closed unexpectedly".  If Firefox can distinguish between a user shutting down Windows and some part of Windows deciding that it needs to restart while the user is asleep, it should, IMO.

This does not apply to the case where the user has selected "show my tabs and windows from last time", of course.
