I'm not 100% sure about the Large Fonts issue, since I haven't switched back to a small fonts configuration to test (because switching is a big pain).
I think we just need a pixel or two more of width, altho the Min Font Size should be wide enough for the word "None" and I think there's more than two pixels needed for that. Screenshot follows.

I'm seeing a similar size issue on several other pages:
* Display | Formatting: the Style dropdown isn't wide enough to display "Bold Italic" without an ellipsis; and the Size dropdown isn't wide enough for either "Regular" or "Smaller".
* Composition | General: 'Forward message' isn't wide enough to show "As Attachment" without an ellipsis.
* Composition | Spelling: 'Language' isn't wide enough for "English/United States".
I noticed that Firefox 2.0's Font setting -- both the simple one on the Content tab and the Advanced box -- have the same issue as TB with the Size dropdowns.

One more: Composition | HTML Options: Size is too narrow for "medium" and
"xx-large".

Mike, what's the difference between the two screen shots? they both use large fonts, but the one is at a different resolution which makes it fit?
I'm running large fonts at 1024x768 and everything fits FWIW.

I don't know the difference. I'm running on Windows 2000. My fonts under TB are Palatino Linotype for serif, Trebuchet MS for sans-serif -- could that be a cause?
Bug 234774 is about a very similar problem, and Doug Wright reports seeing it with normal fonts on his XP setup.

Scott says that patch didn't change anything. Re-resolving to WFM; I'll reopen if this problem re-emerges.
