The New Email Alert dialog displayed above the Windows systray when messages arive displays raw HTML in the message preview instead of stripping all HTML tags (or using the text/plain portion) and displaying only the message text.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up email account
2. Enable "Display an alert" in message notifications
3. Send HTML-formatted message to account

Appears to happen most often using messages from Yahoo Groups (attached example)
Actual Results:  
Displayed message summary contains raw HTML

Expected Results:  
HTML should be stripped or plaintext mime portion should be used for alert display

Generally speaking, I'm seeing the correct behavior for HTML messages.

With the message you supplied (which has no text/plain part, btw), using 
TB 2b1-0105, I'm seeing no preview text at all.  I suspect that something changed where the code is looking for actual body text, but only looks ahead 
a certain amount of characters; that message has a lot of <style> information at the head, so by the time the lookahead completes it still hasn't found any message body.

Definitely not resolved - I continue to see this multiple times a day using nightly beta builds.

saw this in 2.0.0.14, only with some mails, I suspect some newsletter. I'll try to follow and repro .. Just have to wait for original ones.
