For MinskTemp and GoJanusFF the line "Requested by" is missing. It's not in the source code of the page and because both one follow the other, it is possible that something was temporary broken.

Don't see anything in the error logs, but I'm not sure these are the right logs.  I'll chase that a bit.

That line will only be displayed if the approval request by the user is found in the approvallog table.

I don't know why those guys don't show up in the approvallog table, but I'm not going to spend time trying to figure it out since it won't matter in remora.
