It's not in the source code of the page and because both one follow the other, it is possible that something was temporary broken. Reproducible: Always

Don't see anything in the error logs, but I'm not sure these are the right logs. I'll chase that a bit.
That line will only be displayed if the approval request by the user is found in the approvallog table. http://lxr.mozilla.org/update1.0/source/developers/approval.php#339 I don't know why those guys don't show up in the approvallog table, but I'm not going to spend time trying to figure it out since it won't matter in remora.
