Dodge file naming issues from bug 299372 by replacing "Save Link Target As" with "Save Link Target" without filepicker, using automatic renaming as with downloads from the unknown content type dialog.

Same goes for "Save Image As".

misc rationale:
- the uct dialog doesn't allow specifying a download name / location either so it appears it's thought allowing a name to be specified always is not extremely important
- files can be renamed afterwards if necessary, and
- if no desire to specify a different filename (likely common), user saves a useless step in the download process
- if the file is so big that space in the default download location is a concern, fx is probably the wrong tool for the download to begin with
- an extension may be able to add save as back with bug 299372 caveats
