When I middle click on the "open in all tabs" in a folder containing bookmarks in the bookmarks menu then nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Left click on Bookmarks menu
2.Left click on a folder
3.Middle click on Open in all tabs
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Opens all tabs in new windows

This is related to the reported bug about open all in tabs replacing existing tabs
