Pretty severe regression, I'd say.
Severity: normal → critical
Keywords: regression
I don't see this problem with a cairo firefox build compiled with latest trunk code on 11/29/06.

I've just pulled and rebuilt, and I'm not seeing it anymore, either.
anything change in the past 9 days (between 11/20 and 11/29) that could explain this?
Marking "worksforme" to get this off the 1.9a1 radar.
