I screwed up in bug 250793, not noticing that customizeToolbar.xul was getting its needed <?xml-stylesheet href="chrome://global/skin/" type="text/css"?> by way of the @include in chrome://browser/skin/.

I'll take a bug to make sure this wasn't the only thing Fx was using browser/skin to get, but I need this first, to finish unforking calendar/.
