See upcoming testcase, I get a very large vertical, where I would not expect a scrollbar at all.
This worked fine with the 2006-12-06 build, so very likely a regression from the reflow branch landing.

I think this may actually be the cause of some crashes/freezing that I see with my various testcases.

This was fixed between 2007-1-11 and 2007-01-14, fixed by the patch from bug 366667, the testcase from that bug is almost the same as this one.

Although this testcase no longer produces a vertical scrollbar, it does not render correctly.  It should produce a broken image icon surrounded by a 1px red border.  Instead it just draws a red horizontal line.  I filed bug 368137 on this issue, copying the same testcase.
