This is the same testcase as for bug 363176.  An issue still remains.  This should display as a broken image icon surrounded by a red box.  Instead we just get a horizontal line.

Bug 321402 is about having test inside a -moz-inline-box without another intervening block.  It has existed on the trunk for over a year.  This is a new regression caused by the reflow branch landing that effects images contained in a -moz-inline-box.  Could be the same issue though and it is now expanded to include images as well as text.

    
    

    
  
The checkin for bug 374038 resolved this issue.
