User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.8) Gecko/20061025 Firefox/1.5.0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.8) Gecko/20061025 Firefox/1.5.0.8 I have the latest version of Firefox and WMP 11. When I am on a web site that uses windows media player files (.wmv, .mpeg, .avi) Firefox cannot operate the files. It either tries to tell me that I do not have WMP installed, or it tries to fire up QTP and use that, which does not work and eventually locks up Firefox completely. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to web site that has WMP files 2.try to open one 3.Frefox says I don't have WMP installed, or it opens QTP and then freezes up Actual Results: see above Expected Results: it should seen that I have WMP 11 installed, and use that to open the files it should have seen that I have WMP 11 installed and use that to open the files.
