365142 - Attachment jumps when setting/clearing first/last ? flag

Unlike the previous version of Bugzilla the list of attachment flags has a different width if you have one or more ? flags. This means that if you remove the last ? flag (or set a ? flag where there was not one previously) then the attachment itself changes size and position, i.e. without a ? flag:

I think this is fine and should stay as it is. It is better using the available space when it can, which is a good thing.

I agree with James Ross. There's no point keeping the space if it's not needed. That screen is cramped enough as it is.
