365154 - URL field much smaller with new skin (summary, URL, and attachments should expand on wide windows)

In the new skin, the URL field is very small, and at my default window size, I have this large column on the right full of completely empty space.

It looks like the left column text fields, the title/summary, and the attachments table have been given a fixed width and thus wrap "short" on "wide" window widths when one could get more useful info and a better presentation if they only wrapped at the window width (summary/attachments) or the width at which the left column + right column take up the full width of the screen.

In the old skin, the top set of columns expanded to fill the screen width, so there was more visible info in the URL field and no/little wasted space on the right.

The URL field seems pretty big to me, both on b.m.o. and on 
http://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-tip/show_bug.cgi?id=1

Rearranging this component to not have me as the default assignee, so that it doesn't appear like I'm intending to work on bugs that other people could be taking care of if they didn't think I was already doing them.  If this bug is a software issue on b.m.o and you'd like to fix it, the modified source is now available for the patching (see bug 373688).  Reassigning to the new default owner.
