I have dug threw bugzie for about an hour without finding a single trace of this bug. This patch was inherited from debian a while back (1.5.0.3) to fix a crash in sparc upon exection. Gentoo sparc team has had no issues all the way up to this point, and currently still uses the patch in 2.0.0.1. Think it is time to get it integrated into the tree. I am not sure who i should assign this too but I know for sure it is ready for review.

reporter: please please please check the [x] patch button when you attach a patch. not doing so results in a terrible experience.

Do not be such a jerk dude. Not everyone remembers every bug they file not to mention the fact that bugzilla is a mess to search for any specific bug.
you've filed about 9 bugs. i've filed a couple thousand bugs. i don't expect everyone to remember every bug. however you claimed that you searched. it took me maybe a second to find your report.

i'll gladly teach you to use bugzilla or arrange for someone else to do so. however in the interim. i'm removing your canconfirm and editbugs. we do want your patches, but you have not shown that you can use the system to find bugs.

The following changes have been made to the user account geekypenguin@gmail.com:
The account has been removed from the canconfirm, editbugs groups.

in case people are curious, we spent time on IRC and I've restored Jory's bits. he'll try to do more searches and he now knows places to ask for help.
