User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1 Whenever Firefox displays a link in a menu it should give the option of allowing to "open","open in new window" and "open in new tab" for consistency. Particularly in case of history menu items. This is useful if you want to open a page you previously visited but do not want to lose the current page that you are viewing. This seems to be currently possible by shift clicking or control clicking the menu items but that has to be available as context menu items for clarity and consistency. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to some websites to get items in History. 2. Click the history menu 3. Right click on one of the menu item. (or) 1. Navigate to some websites to get items in History. 2. Click the arrow next to the back button to get previous visited pages drop down. Right click on them. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: Should show "open","open in new window" and "open in new tab" context menu.
